The whole process from booking, consulting the front desk, to check-in went smoothly. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very polite and courteous.
Breakfast was good, although not many choices, but the environment was comfortable, and you could see the Macau Tower from the window seat.

👎 Disliked
- • The pool was relatively small, and there were many people taking swimming lessons, which felt unpleasant.

A solid 8.
The steam room, jacuzzi, and the room itself were all nice. Staff were generally pleasant.

👎 Disliked
- • Room service food was ridiculous, but you can easily order out. The gym was a bit limited but usable. An annoyance was a staff member at the pool area moving around while I was trying to relax in the jacuzzi, being odd. Dude, just go sit out of the way and stop being annoying. Vibe kill.
The seaview room downstairs faces a busy street, so it can be noisy at night.

Not a very good experience
The pillows were too low and thin, making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was average, compared to other nearby five-star hotels, it falls short. Everything else was fine, but this hotel allows pets, and the dog in the adjacent room barked non-stop at midnight, making it even harder for us to sleep.
