- • Although individual staff members were good, there seemed to be a lack of overall governance or direction. Breakfast experience, for example, was chaotic and frustrating, simple things were unavailable (Amilou unavailable in Agadir?), tables missing silverware. Rooms didn’t have basic amenities expected at 5-star. No shower caps, robes, razors, toothbrushes. Our hair dryer didn’t work. In isolation, I would have been ok with it, but cumulatively for a top-heavy price, it was disappointing. There are other properties in the area.
