An elegant hotel in a central location, perfect for visiting Madrid. Excellent welcome, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

- • If I have to find a fault, the breakfast is not fully buffet-style and not particularly rich for a 5-star hotel.

My stay in Madrid was enhanced by this hotel, the staff is very pleasant, the room is modern, comfortable, and very clean. Special mention for the music system in the room that makes the moment unique. I loved the 'music' theme of the hotel and the pool area.

- • It wouldn't hurt to have a dividing space between the bathroom and the bed for minimal privacy. Not everyone travels as a couple with their partner.
Our stay was 5 star. I have absolutely no complaints about the Hotel. Everything was excellent.
This Hotel is in a great position, we were able to walk to all the major sights. The staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The pool is an added bonus especially with the heat in Madrid in August.
