Hotel organized around a large patio. Very quiet and cool atmosphere. The staff is very competent and attentive. Good restaurant at very reasonable prices. Both in the heart of the city but away from the noise. The rooms are decent.

First of all, the staff is very kind. Breakfast is not buffet style but ordered from a set menu, which I actually liked. The food quality is good. Especially the Americano coffee at the coffee shop inside is fantastic. Thanks to the female receptionist for the wonderful memories.

Grandma home
Breakfast: I like their homemade chocolate toast. Eggs are fresh. Location: a few minutes' walking distance to Alun2, Sentra Gudeg Wijilan, 10 minutes walk to Malioboro. Indomaret is our neighbor. 20 minutes' walk to Pasar Ngasem. We mostly travel by car, which takes around 15-20 minutes. I can say the location is superb. Facilities: coffee shop, restaurant, comfortable tables for working. No gym and pool. They can lend you a bicycle. Traditional childhood games like dacon. Room: water dispenser, coffee, sugar, creamer, shampoo, soap, rubber sandals, towels. Staff: friendly and helpful. Parking space: not too big but can fit 5-6 cars. The hotel is very clean and feels like home. It's not a busy, huge, and crowded 5-star hotel. It's a quiet and warm granny home.

An excellent choice for couples or small groups of friends looking for a charming and memorable stay
A small, charming, and beautifully maintained hotel. The owner's care is evident everywhere. Exceptional value for the price. Set in a restored colonial house, the furniture, garden, and thoughtful art details make the entire place a joy to stay in. The food is outstanding, and the café serves excellent coffee and breakfast.

- • The hotel is near a mosque, and the morning call to prayer is loud. Light sleepers may want to be aware, though we personally found it part of the local experience.
Affordable and Good Stay
Location: Excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near Malioboro Street and Yogyakarta Train Station, within a 3km radius. Service: Good! The receptionist spoke good English. The surrounding area inside the hotel gives a nice vibe. The hotel has different rooms separated by an outdoor pedestrian walkway. So in the morning, you can get good sunlight. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Overall good. The room and common areas were well-maintained. I walked around the hotel area, and it's really well-kept. Room & Amenities: The bed was comfortable, and there was a power socket near the table, which was convenient. Water Pressure: Good and consistent. Breakfast: You will be sent a WhatsApp message to select your breakfast when checking in. Breakfast can be eaten in the restaurant or sent to your room directly
