- • The only thing to improve is that they took a long time to clean the room. Only at 5 pm.

Beautifully designed hotel that is also very cozy and welcoming. Very good location. Super friendly and attentive staff. A nice gym. Very nice restaurant.

- • The windows aren't very sound insulated so we had to change rooms to one in the back, the staff were very accommodating however we ended up with a smaller room at the same charge. The breakfast has a great egg selection but could have more breads and cheeses. However, overall this is a minor comment on a great stay.
One of the most comfortable and stylish hotels in all our world travels.

- • - what I didn't like is that there is no Room Service for the rooms - I asked for a nail clipper and they couldn't give it to me. - I asked for a simple comb and they told me there was no comb, it may seem trivial but there can't be no comb. If a guest asks for a comb, if they don't have it, they have to go get it and bring it to the room. - there was also no toothpaste and toothbrush and I had to ask for it. - regarding the staff, nothing, some people, especially the food and beverage staff, with whom I interacted the most, lack a bit more of "flight" to live up to what that Hotel is or what it aims to be. - I asked for my Welcome drink 40 minutes before the time because the Welcome drink is from 7:30 pm onwards, as I had a theater ticket and I was leaving the Hotel the next morning. I asked if they could give me the Welcome drink earlier, it was 6:45 pm and they said "let me see, it can't be done, but I will check" ... you have to be smarter with a guest in the responses and not pose the NO as the first option still, these are details and having said all this, I would return to the Hotel without hesitation, because it is very beautiful, very well located, and the Hotel atmosphere is very beautiful
