The hotel is magnificent and so are the rooms. The head concierge was very professional and gave us good advice.

- • The continuous music at the pool, sometimes very loud, is quite disturbing if you want to relax. Some staff members at the restaurant l'oursin did not speak English or French, so it was difficult to communicate. External people can come to the restaurant, so we no longer had a place to dine outside.

- • I asked for a slightly late check-out because I was in the city for some documents and I left my child in the hotel. I asked if I could have at least one hour of late check-out, but they refused and put our luggage out of the room.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Rabat Arzana during a business trip in Morocco and came across the most amazing guest experience that I’ve had in hospitality. Everyone, from the receptionists and hostesses, to the cleaners and waiters, to the gardeners and security staff, made me feel welcome. My birthday happened to fall on one of the days that I was a guest at the hotel and the guest services team went out of their way to make my day special. Sara and Lamia are 2 of the top hospitality professionals in the world and I am certain there is no limit to what they would do to deliver the best experience for their guests. It’s a beautiful place with amazing people and an experience that will help you feel like you’ve got a little bit of home with you when you’re staying with them.
