Nice hotel in easy access location if a bit busy.
Staff were very helpful in figuring out luggage transfer to next hotel. Called to confirm hotel location and reservation which was confusing due to similarly named hotel at different area.

- • Could get a bit noisy especially if other guests are not trying to be quiet at night. Mentioned to front desk who got a little confused and messaged us saying we were being a bit loud.
The hotel was in an excellent location close to the train station, making it very convenient for travel and sightseeing.

The size of the room, the tatami, the separate bathroom, toilet, and sink, the bathroom is fantastic.

- • The shower, the lack of blackout curtains, the table positioned 20 cm from the ground, the lack of daily cleaning. I also don't understand having a Nespresso machine in the room and having only 2 capsules for a three-night stay.
