- • Unhealthy room... dirty and dilapidated. A real nightmare. I am trying to get a refund with booking. They assured me they would do their best. I trust them for the refund

- • I had not received the entry codes to the building, no reception staff, I had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Broken window patched up with tape behind the bed hidden by a curtain. Lack of finishing touches in the bathroom. Even the reception sofa is wobbly. Mold in the mini fridge. Desk tray very damaged. The TV remote only worked for channels, not for sound, nor on/off.
The location is just perfect, very close to the promenade and the sea, there are plenty of places to eat downstairs, a grocery store and a bakery

- • Upon arrival there was no hot water, only after half an hour did hot water appear, the TV set-top box did not work, we waited for the staff to change several set-top boxes to make it work, the room is very small, only 2 towels, no coffee or tea, no water.
