It was not a good experience
The view from the beach to the city is very beautiful. Although the food options are few, lunch and the dinner burger were very good.

- • I want to give my observation from the improvement point of view since the place has a lot of potential to be a good site. However, there are basic things as a frequent traveler that are important details. The information to access Wi-Fi was not given at check-in and when asking some of the employees, some of them did not have it either. While waiting for check-in inside the facilities, some ladies approached to offer massage service. They were quite insistent for us to take the foot massage with misleading prices that changed according to the ladies' criteria. And then at the time of payment, an additional amount had to be paid if paid by card. Nothing went well and the moment was uncomfortable. When we were finally given access to the room, we did not imagine the long path between stairs and rocky path where there was not even an option to roll the suitcase. The walk was 15 minutes or more. There was also no hotel staff to offer help with the luggage. Inside the room, there were also insects (we understand the natural environment and that can happen) and the sink leaked water from below, nothing serious, we just had to be careful when opening the tap. Finally, the beds were very hard. I think that is the most important thing about accommodation. Please, this aspect is very important because one goes there to rest. Part of the staff was very attentive but another part of the staff felt untrained. I assume they were in their first days as employees since some things felt improvised. Also, some photos do not correspond to the place and it was never indicated where the location of the pool in the first photo in the publication was. The breakfast menu in the photos also did not correspond to the option offered to us on-site. My reservation was for two nights and the decision was made to leave the place the next day because we were really not having a good time.
The attention of the people is excellent. The facilities were very good, we only had an inconvenience with the sink in the room that was not working. The food, the people, and the place were spectacular
