The decoration of this wonderful family home makes you feel at home; as well as the welcome, an outstanding receptionist, ask her for advice on the city! The rooms are all sublime, I visited several! The service, the hotel's location... absolutely everything was perfect

Optically top! There is still a lot of room for improvement in service
The hotel is a very nice and stylish boutique hotel with high-quality furnishings. The breakfast was rather small, but the pastries were excellent. The club sandwich by the pool also tasted very good. The view from the hotel terrace is also beautiful!

- • Unfortunately, the service could not meet my expectations at a room rate of over €650 per night. Especially in a boutique hotel with only 15 rooms, I would have expected a much more attentive and personalized service. I traveled specifically to spend my birthday at this hotel. It was all the more disappointing that it was completely overlooked. From other exclusive hotels, I know that guests are at least surprised with a small attention or a personal greeting. Also, on the day of my arrival, kitchen smells reached my room, at times it clearly smelled of onions. For a hotel of this price range, this is not acceptable in my opinion. Although the receptionist offered me a larger room in the attic on the day of my arrival, this room had very small windows and therefore was not an option for me. Another room was not offered to me, even though no new guests checked in during my stay. I would have expected much more flexibility here. Overall, the hotel is visually really beautiful. However, the value for money does not work for me. For the service provided, I would have considered a maximum of €300 per night as appropriate. For over €650 per night, I expect excellent and attentive service, which unfortunately was lacking.

Staff were wonderful, helpful, personable, cheerful. Room was lovely. It's full of character which comes with a few small modernization restrictions but far outweighed by the wonderful character.
