Beautiful 2-bd apartment in Lower Greenville!
Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee and breakfast at Cafe Duro was really nice (and they both deliver to the apt if needed). Beautiful apartment and I would stay there again! Parking at night, due to the restaurants in the area, can be an issue but that is where the valet comes in handy.

Anniversary Getaway
We wanted to try something different besides the usual hotel stay; and this was it! Very cool apartment with great decor and furnishings.

Absolutely Fabulous
What a lovely property! The size of the room was shockingly large with every single thing we could possibly need. The design/decor was so chic (I got some inspiration for my own home now thanks)! Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Double bonus that the cafe and restaurant below were also delicious. I’ll have dreams about the meal I had at Sister. Can’t wait to have another trip to Dallas so I can stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and had a wonderful experience. Every time I head into Dallas, this is going to be my go-to stay.

Casa Duro is a gem on Greenville. I had no idea about this place prior. We did a staycation for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and will definitely be coming back. We had the Marcia unit, a one bedroom, 2 baths, 2 living areas and full dining room. So spacious and unique decor. Highly recommend staying here.
