- • At breakfast time, if the use by group guests and the hours of use are known in advance, it might be good to have information provided at check-in such as 'During the time of ◯◯, there will be group guests using it, so it will be crowded.' Some people want to have breakfast quickly and leave, so it was disappointing that we couldn't adjust the usage time on our side if there was prior information.
