The service provided by the representatives and their willingness to help was the only plus, but the disappointment of finding the place closed was significant
Although we arrived at the hotel and it was closed due to an issue between the municipality and the hotel, there was a phone response from the hotel company representatives who provided an alternative that offered accommodation but not what we actually wanted

- • The hotel was closed to the public despite appearing open on the BOOKING site. We chose the hotel based on the rating, the displayed pictures, and the location, but we felt very disappointed when we found out that the hotel was not operational and had to move to another hotel that was not at all a preference when looking for hotels
A comfortable and safe stay
There is an underground, bulletproof business center with light refreshments, where you can work very comfortably and safely even if an alarm goes off at any time. The food is delicious, the staff are very kind, and the location is excellent. We usually stay here whenever we go to Tel Aviv on business. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but since we are repeat customers, they give us a good discount, so we were able to stay at a great rate this time.
