There is an underground, bulletproof business center with light refreshments, where you can work very comfortably and safely even if an alarm goes off at any time. The food is delicious, the staff are very kind, and the location is excellent. We usually stay here whenever we go to Tel Aviv on business. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but since we are repeat customers, they give us a good discount, so we were able to stay at a great rate this time.

- • The room is very small. It's a shame they canceled the happy hour that used to be in the lobby in the past

- • Power outages due to a short circuit in the coffee corner in the room. We had to change rooms. The alternative room required stairs despite mentioning an accessibility issue

- • Garden rooms are in the basement with a small garden that is perfect for smokers but definitely to avoid for those who don’t. To be fair, all other rooms are nice.
It was excellent, planning to 'adopt' the hotel... and return.
