I highly recommend it, it is definitely a space according to price-comfort.
I loved the location, as it is 4 blocks from the cathedral, 3 from the Palafoxiana library, 2 blocks from the Carmen area, the facilities are quite comfortable and clean, the bathrooms are super clean for being shared and have hot water for the shower, in my case I went alone with my daughter and I found the facilities very safe.
