Good location in terms of shops, park, temple grounds. Also not far from the airport
The staff was very friendly, everything very clean, the location ideal, although the view from the window of the room really didn't offer anything.

Amazing and a must stay.
The breakfast was Japanese inspired. Amazing and worth the experience, rather than a western style breakfast. Location is in the beautiful streets of Narita.

Comfy bed, cozy room and great facilities. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with luggage after a long flight.

- • There is no staff available in the dead of night, not something to worry about but just a note.
Great stay either going to or coming from Narita
Food was great - solid delivery of very nice traditional meals, without being stuffy. They were able to provide an excellent Yukata for me, I am very tall, (nearly 2 meters) and this was the first time that the provided yukata in a Japanese stay was well fitting. Amazing service.

- • No view at all. No window, feels stuffy. Public bath, not an onsen
