The room is comfortable
The size of the room is just right, and the flow is not bad. The room has plenty of towels and tableware, and the in-room dining was provided on time and at a reasonable level, making it comfortable to stay. The cleaning is quick and clean.

- • I imagined the Langham in London, but the impression I got was that it mainly targets families with small children. There is no segregation in public spaces, so guests often have to be considerate of each other. Also, I encountered a chaotic situation with food scattered around at the outdoor pool several times.

- • No place for clothes for several days' stay. Wardrobe in the bathroom. Automatic blinds closed at inconvenient times leaving us in the dark. Ditto for the automatic lights which turned off unexpectedly. View impeded by an enclosed verandah with very dirty windows. Photos were impossible. Parking wasted an hour of our time looking for a place. Very lucky we found a park in the street. Had to go out late at night to bring the car in when a place became available. What a waste of holiday time. One lift kept closing quickly - as soon as it opened. No tea available in the room. A small but significant point was that the TV on a special timber board wasn't centered. Sink very low in the bathroom for shaving.
