- • One thing we might want to point out is that following check-in; the courtesy of the complimentary Chalice as a welcome gesture was mentioned last and we could not take advantage of the service.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations at all. For a 5-star hotel and the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The breakfast was very poor with limited choice and average quality. The rooms were nothing special and felt outdated, and the overall interior design and atmosphere were quite disappointing. Overall, we were only moderately satisfied and honestly expected much more from a hotel in this price range and location.
