- • We firstly got a room with visible repairs on a large portion of a wall, stained carpet, damaged wall. We’ve been moved to another room the following day, but that should never have happened at a supposed 5-star hotel in the first place. The hallways and lifts were like saunas. We felt sorry for the staff that have to work there. Breakfast had nothing to do with a 5-star establishment either. There was not a single change in the menu during our 4-day stay. The juices were store-bought, nothing fresh. If you wanted French toast it cost 10 EUR extra, pancakes 10 EUR extra, omelette 12 EUR extra, etc. Complimentary water only on the first day. I suggest the management to charge 402 EUR per night for the rooms and include the water. I have the same proposal for the parking fee; many people have already reacted to this, but the management keeps trying to justify 50 EUR per day. But you can’t justify greed, and that is why people are reacting. You should really pay attention to what your customers are saying and improve! Or not. In conclusion, as many others have already said, definitely not a 5-star hotel, with significant management problems.
Overall the structure is nice, excellent breakfast, and top-notch staff. You really feel pampered.

- • Overall poorly furnished rooms, but especially a bathroom without an outlet for the power. The outlet is in the room but where it is located there is no mirror, nor a shelf/table to put what is normally needed when using the hairdryer

- • There is no swimming pool and private beach (as noted on the website)! The beach is very far, you need to pass by parking!!! And many stairs!!! Sunbeds are not free!!! Very very bad 5-star!! Not clean, a lot of dust. Trust me, don’t book a non-refundable room, when you come you will be very disappointed!!
