Beautiful hotel with such lovely staff
The staff were so friendly and even delivered a fruit platter and a welcome card to our room after we checked in! The pool was beautiful and very quiet so felt like your own private pool.

Okay, but needs a facelift.
Cheap, but I expected a slightly better standard for the money. Breakfast was okay, but they should learn that we drink coffee for breakfast. Improve the quality 😁

- • I did not get my room upgrade. The pool area was closed. The room was in generally poor condition. Damages everywhere on the floor, walls, ceiling, and bathroom.
The staff is great
The hotel is located 700m from Da Nang Beach and 1km from the Dragon Bridge. The hotel is clean. The pool is beautiful. The staff is top-notch, professional, welcoming, smiling, and helped us a lot for our next destination. A big thank you to the Century staff.

Perfect
The breakfast was reasonable. Location excellent. Rooms with a balcony would be better without plants. The staff provided excellent service; when the kettle was faulty and the hairdryer wasn't working, they replaced them right away. We wanted to post cards, and a lovely girl named Sunny said if we gave them to her, she would take us to the post office after her shift. So thank you for a lovely stay and a big thank you to Sunny. We will be returning in a few months. John & Ann-Marie

- • As previously mentioned, the plants on the balcony. Perfect to have a mug for my coffee in the morning, especially in the room
