- • The bathroom does not have a place to put clean clothes. But having a sliding door is nice.

Comfortable, beautifully designed hotel with very friendly staff.
I really like Fairfield by Marriott Hotels. Nicely decorated, very nice rooms and common areas where you can have coffee, tea, miso soup, and use the microwave. Good room soundproofing and easy access by car to the airport. I have stayed in such a hotel in Nikko before and was very satisfied.

- • A downside is the lack of breakfast. Although the hotel in Enigma is right next to a Starbucks cafe, so you can go there for breakfast or dinner.
This hotel has been one of the best on our trip to Japan. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good cleanliness. Free and ample parking.

I was able to sleep comfortably and peacefully.
I could rest quietly, peacefully, and cleanly, and could have coffee anytime. The staff was kind. The guidance was appropriate.

- • For Japanese people, a room with a bathtub is desired. Even though we were traveling by car, it would be nice if the nearby public bathhouse were a bit closer.
The room was spacious and stylish. The bed and pillows were just the right firmness, and I could sleep soundly.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The hotel was tucked in the city; however, it was quiet like its own island. You can walk to the main road to coffee shops, cafes, and convenience stores. The hotel staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The lobby was huge, filled with seating areas, and had a free flow of coffee, tea, and miso soup (very tasty!). They also had food for purchase that was tasty and filling. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were vending machines selling drinks. Parking was on the compound, and the staff cleared all cars from snow in the morning. Such great hospitality!
