- • Availability of staff. It was anything but clean. Hygiene was lacking. TV remote had no batteries. After a first replacement, it turned out they were flat batteries. On a second attempt, batteries from another remote were used. Upon arrival, stood in front of a closed garage door. Upon departure, the gate still didn't work. They will never see us there again 😣

Price-performance ratio for one to two days is great!
Very centrally located, everything within walking distance. Underground parking straightforward and right into the hotel. Breakfast had something for everyone, absolutely good according to the category.

- • Be careful when choosing a room, can be noisy at night / on weekends. Couldn't reach the hotel by phone after several attempts.

- • Service at the reception was not so great. TV without power cable. Standard breakfast. No gluten-free bread. Garage was cheap, but you had to go through the Kaufhof garage to use the hotel garage. If the access took longer than 3 minutes, you would also be charged by the Kaufhof garage, in the worst case €45.00
