This hotel is ideally located in the old town commercial district.It is competitively priced although the However the service was welcoming efficient and professional I ordered a hotel taxi to and from the airport for peace of mind to avoid any surprises The breakfast was excellent with plenty of different fruits as well as eggs of your choice.

- • deluxe room was somewhat on the small side by asian standards the test being whether you can open your suitcase on the floor and not the case.The other unusual feature was the washbasin outside the bathroom and again a space issue imposed that. The hotel was a little sombre with much of the decor brown. The roof top bar was quite a confined space and there was no happy hour unlike other establishments and they added taxes as well as service charges which made for an expensive experience. The swimming pool is not as it appears on the internet - it is more a plunge pool and sun loungers most of them are in the shadow and again a very confined space Also the fact that they charged 5% surcharge to use an American Express card is not strategic move if they want returning customers I did not find the evening menu at the hotel all that inviting considering the options available in the area.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings mussten wir bei der Bezahlung mit der Visa-Karte einen Aufschlag von 3 % zahlen, was uns auf unserer bisherigen Rundreise noch in keinem anderen Hotel begegnet ist. Zudem war das Zimmer für zwei große Koffer etwas zu klein. Insgesamt überzeugen jedoch die sehr gute Lage und der freundliche Service.

La terraza del hotel es preciosa y la comida excelente, su ubicacion es en el centro de Hanoi, que a mi me parece abrumador con tantas motos, pero el hotel es muy bueno. estuvimos muy contentos.
