The GM Premium hotel was perfectly positioned, close to everything and walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. The team, including Grace, were very attentive & really took the time to help us from organising activities for us to making recommendations for food & the good coffee places. I'd highly recommend staying here & will definitely look to stay here again when I come back to Hanoi!

A comfortable and all-around successful stay in an ideal location in the middle of Hanoi.
The extremely friendly and helpful staff, the excellent central location with many sights, restaurants, and shopping opportunities within easy walking distance, as well as the very nice spa area made our stay particularly pleasant.
