- • I wasn't keen on the fact that you had to make a reservation to have a drink at the bar in the evening. The sun deck is very small. However, we did get a sunbed when we needed one.
The foyer is beautiful and the location is very good. The staff is very friendly and served us the most delicious tea upon arrival. Breakfast was okay but not memorable. The rooftop is lovely, but they were playing very loud techno/dance music, which seemed unusual at sunset.

- • Maybe slightly overpriced compared to other 5-star hotels we stayed at in Hanoi. The pool was disappointing, small, which is fine, but there was nowhere around to relax on a lounger.
Incredible stay at the heart of Hanoi
Very good location next to the old city. The swimming pool on the top floor with a resting place is incredible. I was also able to work from there. The staff was always nice and ready to help.
