Clogged douche syphon not very clean. Elevator out of order, expensive parking

Unlike previous times, the room was not in good condition 😕 Radiator on the floor, toilet without seat, the bed was not in its place... Yet it was my reservation in this establishment.

Nice interior space, a bit far from the center, no switch near the bed

The toilet had no lid. The window faced a retaining wall.

Había contenedores de basura fuera de la puerta, la entrada del edificio no se parecía en nada a la foto. La cocina tenía una esponja para platos muy usada que obviamente tenía bacterias. Envié un mensaje pidiendo 1 almohada más y nunca recibí respuesta. ¿Volveré a alojarme allí? NO, puedo encontrar un lugar mucho mejor por ese precio.

Spacious and well appointed

A small clean and well-maintained studio. Spacious enough for just me 👍

The stay went well (comfort, cleanliness...). However, the access code to the door did not work and a resident kindly let me in. Otherwise, I would have been stuck outside the door.

Well located and well isolated from noise

Located not far from the tram, the accommodation is well maintained and in good condition. The heaters were not working, so there was a portable heater in the room, but not practical for heating the bathroom as well. Standard equipment, very quiet residence.

Not suitable for business travel

Minimal signage to find the place. A person at the office, instead of being at the reception, who took care of my luggage before my check-in, thank you. The establishment is in the heart of a student residence, nice touch of memory! The room is soulless, equipped in a very spartan way with 'student' furniture. The TV is nevertheless a good size and the wifi is effective. You shouldn't be a bit depressed... otherwise, it can be the final blow!! Bathroom with a small shower with a curtain... not great for hygiene even if it was clean. Otherwise, the tram stop to reach the city center is a stone's throw away. The extremely positive point remains the value for money.
