Delightful apartments with a wonderful daily service.
We enjoy the friendly welcome at reception, the comfortable rooms and the kitchen facilities, as well the exceptional location near to city centre shopping, the air conditioning and the availability of the car park, all were special to our stay.

- • We needed more thoughtful kitchen tools, to make a dinner at night. Many basics are missing from the drawers which coming from long distances are impossible to bring.

- • Dirty bed (wanted to be friendly and stripped the beds). Yellow stained pillows, dirty blankets, mattress protector completely covered with black hairs and then we got curious and looked at the mattress. Several stains and not small ones and also full of hairs. Not from us. I am blond and my husband is bald. Balcony door dirty with many fingerprints and also the doors themselves. Kettle calcified inside and outside, kitchen trash dirty, shower moldy shower door edges, see pictures, scratched pan, dirty pot. Unfortunately, it doesn't have much to do with luxury. No response to complaint after several days.
Good location, but some important issues for the price
The hotel has a very good location, close to the city centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which was definitely appreciated. The air conditioning worked very well, especially during the hot weather. The room was also generally dust-free, and the refrigerator was clean, useful and worked properly. Fortunately, we hardly heard any noise from outside, as the balcony rooms are not located directly on the street. Another nice feature was the TV, which offered good streaming options.

- • Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the smell of cigarette smoke in our room. We are non-smokers, so this was particularly unpleasant. We reported it to reception and were kindly given another room. At first, the second room seemed fine, but after spending some time there, we noticed that it also had a fairly strong old smoke smell. This was disappointing, especially considering the price. The room was also quite noisy from inside the hotel. We could clearly hear sounds from the hallway like children playing and people talking. Even late at night, we could hear people and phones ringing. And the shower floor is showing its age.
