хорошая локация, но никто не встретит у самого отеля, чек ин и чек аут происходят в другом отеле, чемоданы придется нести по спуску самим

- • в букинге выбрали самый лучший номер с террасой и ванной на террасе, но по приезду нас заселили в номер без ванной на террасе, сказав, что мы выбрали только террасу - по итогу, будьте внимательны с выбором номера - не совпадает с тем, что на фото. Помимо этого не было уборки в номере, что крайне неудобно при длительном заселении
Але персонал нас переселив в інший готель, тому за це великий респект)

- • Було дуже брудно і багато чого зломаного та порваного( потрібен ремонт і оновлення деяких речей. Нас було троє, а посуду мало, кружки дві. Чайник протікає(

- • Todo mal. Llegamos y estaban de obras. Estaban trabajando los albañiles con una radial y ni siquiera la apagaron cuando pasábamos por al lado con las maletas. Una chica nos dio la llave de la habitación y cuando estábamos en ella vimos que estaba muy sucia y llena de arañas y hormigas. Arañas por todos lados, hormigas en el sofá, en la cama… Había una tarántula enorme en el baño!!!! Avisamos a la chica con quien habíamos hecho el check in y mandó a dos compañeras a limpiar nuestra habitación. Había telarañas en nuestra habitación y todo. Eso quiere decir que hacía tiempo que no limpiaban esa habitación. Incluso nosotros teníamos que decirle a las limpiadoras por donde tenían que limpiar. La basura del baño estaba llena, no la habían vaciado. Por la cocina también habían insectos. Ya eran conocedores de que había insectos en la planta en la que teníamos el apartamento. No nos dieron ninguna solución real porque tras “limpiar” mínimamente (no fueron ni 5 minutos) seguían habiendo hormigas y demás insectos por toda la habitación y tampoco nos cambiaron a otra. En definitiva, llevo muchos años viajando y he pasado por muchos alojamientos, pero en ninguno me he encontrado este nivel de suciedad y desastre. Menos mal que solo fue una noche.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is not too far from the city, but there are quite a lot of stairs as the area is mostly on hills. Overall, still a comfortable and nice stay.

- • У меня уточнили время прибытия, сказали ,что нужно быть до 18:00 (что не удобно будет многим путешественникам) мы были вовремя, но никакого на ресепшене не было. Мы ждали 30 мин персонал с маленьким ребенком на руках. Затем ехали до апартаментов, там нас завела девушка , и выбежала не извинившись. Номер грязный, постельное белье грязное, кухонный гарнитур изрядно истрепанный, вся мебель изношенная. Будьте готовы подниматься по очень сильному уклону ко входу. Этого нигде не указано. Сильно слышно соседей. И что-то все время щелкало в спальне ночью. Как будто отвалится с потолка. Просто ужасное жилье
I liked the location, about a 10-minute walk from the city center, although it was up a steep hill. For us, it wasn’t a problem. A self service laundry was available. Views were really nice as well as the common area near the pool.

- • I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness. And we only had 1 towel per person.
Great stay.
Modern apartment with great view on top of the hill. Confortable beds, nice pool. Parking on site, 8 min to go in the town center, easy to go down, but get ready to go up, it’s an other story..
