Excellent Stay in Edinburgh
From the time we arrived, every person we came into contact with was super friendly and helpful. This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city of Edinburgh on foot. We dined at both restaurants for dinners and ate breakfast each morning in Eve. Both were delicious, and we experienced excellent service. The hotel itself was very clean with daily housekeeping and turn down service. Room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the overall layout and functionality. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Edinburgh. Make sure to check out the terrace for an incredible view of the castle.

Worth it
Greeted with kindness, a glass of champagne and walked up to the roof terrace while we awaited our room to be ready. Great location. Good setup. AC was a must on this particular weekend. Views of castle so lovely.

We will not check back into this hotel.
The accommodation was central, but also loud and there were many pubs in the area with accordingly intoxicated people.

- • We booked a room with a terrace and a view over the roofs of Edinburgh for €730 per night without breakfast. What we received was a very small room (the sink in the hallway) without a terrace - allegedly it was supposed to be an upgrade, but we were only told after we complained. Also, it was untrue, as you can view the rooms on the internet. The price was absolutely not appropriate for this room and the reception staff was not helpful at all.
