- • Access to the rooms is complicated as not all floors have elevator access. If you have reduced mobility, you need to inform the hotel. At certain times, there was a lack of hot water. It seems somewhat expensive in terms of price quality.
Great place to stay in Edinburgh
A warm and cozy hotel close to everything in Edinburgh. The room was very comfortable, and the Italian restaurant was exceptional.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city, accessible to all points of interest. 2 bars; 2 restaurants.
My only (semi) complaint is that breakfast is not included in all packages. This is a pricey hotel in the city center, and that would have been an added bonus.

- • The non-soundproofed rooms overlook an inner courtyard with a bar! Noise until 3 a.m. every night!!!
For us, the Virgin Hotels Edinburgh really has everything we could wish for in a perfect hotel. Our room was not only beautiful but also incredibly well thought out: lots of storage space, a full-length mirror, a vanity table, a large shower, and a very comfortable bed. Everything was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location could hardly be better – many of Edinburgh's main attractions are within easy walking distance, yet our room was pleasantly quiet. We would also like to highlight the extremely friendly and attentive staff. We felt welcome from the very first moment. We also really enjoyed the hotel's own bar and the food at the Eve Restaurant was excellent. My husband and I were absolutely thrilled. If we return to Edinburgh, we would stay at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh again without hesitation – for us, there is no reason to look for another hotel. Absolute recommendation! ❤️
