- • I was cold - the heat pump didn’t reach the bed (long corridor) and the room is single glazed. By the time I discovered the problem, it was late and no staff were around. The hotel knows about this problem so I think they could anticipate it and provide a small heater. Also, while the room was clean, the carpet is old and stained and gives an initial poor impression

Perfect in every way!
Everything! Such a cool hotel with a great vibe and brilliant location. Loved all the little touches and outside the square thoughts. Bathrooms were gorgeous, great showers and love the tiles. Felt like a New York boutique hotel. The bar was fabulous and great to see proper wine glasses throughout. Staff were amazing too, and nothing was a problem. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel is so close to restaurants and bars, extremely quite you would not know you were staying in the heart of the city. No complaints at all. Highly recommend and will be returning for sure.
