- • The staff sometimes seems a bit annoyed when you make a request in another language. When they don't understand, they don't always make an effort to ensure they have understood what you are asking for, which can be quite frustrating. As for breakfast, it is unfortunately a big disappointment. For me, it is not really a breakfast worthy of a 4-star hotel, but rather a snack served to guests. There are a lot of sweet products, especially cakes and pastries from supermarkets. I even saw a waiter unpack croissants directly from their packages with my own eyes. Whether it's fruit juices, cakes, or pastries, nothing seems local or homemade. Most of the products served are industrial and obviously come from supermarkets. The only fresh products are some fruits, and even then, the choice is limited. I therefore advise against taking the breakfast option, which is far too expensive for what is offered. You will probably eat much better outside, in a restaurant offering a real breakfast in the morning. Overall, I find the establishment expensive compared to the services offered. In my opinion, the quality of service and breakfast is clearly not up to the standard one would expect from a 4-star hotel.

- • Close to the metro, World Trade Center museum, 6 minutes walk to State Ferry Island, which passes by the Statue Of Liberty and you can admire the beauty of Manhattan on the way to State Island, and it's completely free 🤓.

- • The breakfast is exactly the same: cranberry banana apple bakery butter cream ... nothing warm. Two thin people barely fit on the double bed.
Excellent location! Easy to get around by subway.
The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of breads and cakes. There was banana every day and yogurt. However, there was no protein option, for example, scrambled eggs, which is quite common. For drinks, there was water, tea, coffee, milk, and juices.

- • The rooms have carpets, the cleanliness was not their strong point, and as I have allergies, this became quite evident. But everything else was very good, and I felt very satisfied with the place, as well as very safe!
