- • Everything was fine until the next morning, I think there is no power supply at the apartment. I only can switch on the fan and light. All the plug point cannot be used. I can't charge my phone, use the iron and kettle. Including the aircon. I already text the owner and send the video, but they only ask me back at almost 11 am which is the check out time. It's a bit suspicious and I think this was set.

- • Except the toilet seems to be outdated and have a drainage smell a bit. Requested for late check out in email upon booking. It was agreed and when on the actual day I was told to check out early. Electrical power was cut off at 11 am. I was not able to boil water and iron my clothes. Texted the number, no response. Only responded after I checked out.

- • The bathtub has poor hot water function, only a little comes out. The mattress is flipped, causing body pain due to the springs. There are cockroaches.
