The facilities are very nice. Beautiful rooms. Super comfortable beds. The TV and air conditioning are excellent. Very friendly reception.

- • The pool area service is terrible, I would say fatal. The waiters are terrible, very bad service. Constantly saying, is there anyone there? Is there anyone alive? It's not possible for a hotel with ***** stars. The food is horrible. They served me fermented vegetables.

- • Honestly, I liked everything
Everything went well, except that it's incredible that we forgot my husband's pillbox with his heart medication, and the housekeeper never gave it to reception to retrieve it. It's very delicate because he was here in the USA for 3 days to get a new prescription from his cardiologist. That ruined everything that had been nice.
