- • The hotel did not have access to their booking account, they claimed they had no reservation. 2 hours later after calling booking, they gave us 1 room with 2 beds instead of 3 beds. Very poor breakfast starting at 5 am so if you go to Machu at 6 am it's short. The luggage was supposed to be delivered to the station. Not seeing anything arrive despite our calls, we went to pick them up. Hotel not serious or professional...not mentioning the nauseating smell of the toilets and that the windows are as thin as cigarette paper...waste of time and money

- • Lack of A/C could be an issue in warmer months.
Great location and the staff were really nice! We loved our room as well with a massive comfortable bed and huge flat screen TV to unwind and watch some Netflix at the end of the day.

Everything was wonderful here. Friendly staff who meets you at the train station & walks you to the hotel. Spacious room, huge bed, hot water, clean property

The room looks like a motel, the pictures are beautiful and the bed too, but choose the mold, poor cleaning, and lack of security.

- • Bathroom cleanliness, stained towels. Security: the window does not lock and is at sidewalk level. High street noise, as the window has no seal and from the reception, as the bathroom window faces the reception. Strong musty smell.
Do not stay. We had to reschedule our stay here due to the protests going on. They still charged us and did not offer us a refund. It was also IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone here. Messages and calls were not answered.
