Basic, comfortable and well-located hotel.
Very clean hotel, very comfortable beds, quiet (not much noise) and the room is nice. Breakfast prepared at 5 am, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage for safekeeping after check-out. The hotel is very close to where the trucks depart for Machu Picchu. The hotel staff were very friendly.

- • The hotel is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (no elevator, small doors, etc). Some rooms with a view, they really didn't have it - it was to the neighboring apartments (it didn't bother us because we only stayed one night)

- • The hot water is extremely hot and the hot/cold water taps turned opposite ways to open/close so I slightly burned myself getting out of the shower.
Nice rooms. Beautiful inside. Across the street from the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants.

- • The hotel did not have access to their booking account, they claimed they had no reservation. 2 hours later after calling booking, they gave us 1 room with 2 beds instead of 3 beds. Very poor breakfast that starts at 5 am so if you go to Machu at 6 am it's short. The luggage was supposed to be delivered to the station. Not seeing anything arrive despite our calls, we went to pick them up. Hotel not serious or professional... not mentioning the nauseating smell of the toilets and that the windows are as thin as cigarette paper... waste of time and money
