- • I had to change the room. But it was handled well by the staff. Unfortunately, the food from the previous day was not taken during the room cleaning, so the smell in the room was not so great.

- • If you don’t have transportation you can’t really walk anywhere but I enjoyed this. The hotel arranged a scooter for us to rent for our time.
Delicious and value for money!
Beautiful rooms, high level of finishing. Nice large pool on the beach, many sunbeds and umbrellas. Not very atmospheric at the pool. Particularly delicious breakfast buffet.

- • It was the worst night's sleep we have ever had. We were traveling early the next morning for a flight to Australia so stayed at Pullman for its location to Lombok Airport. We were tired and wanted room service. The phone in our room was broken so we had to go to reception twice to order and ask to get it fixed. THIS was not a big deal compared to the lights in the bedroom automatically turning on throughout the night. We would be fast asleep and then all of the lights would turn on. At first, we thought we had pushed a button in our sleep but after the fourth time a technician finally came at 2 AM to fix it. Also, the noise outside our window from the staff cleaning up after an event on the beach went until the early hours. We had to get up at 5.30 am to fly back. Then we had to argue about payment as management wanted us to return rather than refund us! So bad
