- • The floor corridors were very hot. I was on the 5th floor and there was no AC, and the temperature was 44 degrees. I requested 3 grilled sandwiches to be packed as early breakfast as I checked out at 4 in the morning, but I was not provided with them. I had informed about this multiple times since check-in and even confirmed it the night before check out. I was promised that it would be provided, but when I called in the morning, the room service guy said no one had informed him about it, and he was not aware of my checkout time. He sounded extremely sleepy as he answered my call after 10 rings. This is not acceptable for a reputed hotel. They should work on these issues immediately.

Overall the stay was quite decent
Rooms are good Overall service is good Food is good Areas to improve immediately: 1. Couldn’t see valet service 2. It's May and temperatures are soaring, and the reception area is not cool enough 3. The floor corridors were hot as the AC was not on, not sure why.
