- • Liked everything. Staff went above and beyond for us - we arrived early with three extra groomsmen who needed to get ready for our wedding next door. They were super helpful and accommodating, even brought out champagne and gave us a room as soon as it was ready. Very grateful. The front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. So thank you Unique.
We would book again at any time
Our room faced the street and it was very noisy. After talking to reception, we got a free upgrade with a view of the beautiful garden. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice.

- • The gym has NO EQUIPMENT. Why would I need a treadmill when I can walk around? Where are the weights.
It's acceptable if you go in with an extremely relaxed and chill mindset, but the details really don't hold up

- • The restaurant staff spoke poor English, making communication quite difficult. The two restaurants operate independently, and the non-smoking section is only upstairs, yet they don't sync orders between floors, which felt really weird. The facilities and service didn't feel like a 5-star hotel at all, though the prices were definitely 5-star. I wouldn't recommend dining here: the food is overpriced and average at best. The hotel spa was nice, but again, much more expensive than other places.
