- • A little confusing to find as there are other 'Tetuan' hotel names nearby. Shower was a bit small
It was generally a nice experience, I recommend it

- • When we arrived, our room had no curtains and it was not mentioned to us beforehand. When we mentioned it, they were informed. It did not get fixed during our 2-night stay, so we covered it ourselves with a towel
Good central location in the old town of Seville

- • Unfortunately, the check-in process was very cumbersome. Although there was a receptionist on-site, the check-in had to be done independently and a digital room key had to be created. The online check-in did not work for us. Only after several inquiries were we assisted at the reception. The general areas of the hotel, especially the hallway and the staircase, seemed somewhat neglected to us. The rooms were also very noisy and did not quite meet the expectations conveyed by the high-quality photos. Overall, we were somewhat disappointed with our stay. The low price is certainly a positive aspect - however, in our opinion, this is also reflected in the quality and overall impression of the accommodation
The location is fantastic, check-in was very easy, and the staff friendly. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC was great during the hot September nights

- • Unfortunately, the shower leaked, so we had to use towels to stop the flooding. We requested the room to be cleaned on our second day, but it was not done. They did take care of it the following day
