Very clean hotel in a perfect location with friendly staff.
Perfect location, short walk to the pedestrian zone with a huge selection of restaurants. Still quiet. Clean and well equipped. Very friendly staff.

Great atmosphere, kitchen needs improvement
Very nice rooms, tastefully decorated, quiet despite being central, very good breakfast, although expensive. The lunch snack with sandwiches was mediocre, the dinner from the hotel's own kitchen cannot be recommended: dishes were mixed up (lamb vs. beef), were cold to the touch and carelessly arranged. The staff, especially at the bar, was extremely friendly and attentive, the drinks were good, especially the Mojito.

Stylish and beautiful hotel in a quiet and central location.
Breakfast was generous and varied, all very delicious. The location near the center is excellent.

- • The bartender in the evening (Friday, May 8, 2026, around 6 pm) was a bit brusque. He also forgot to deliver the Sapphire Stones surprises offered by the hotel.
