- • The staff were absolutely hopeless with the valet parking. After calling ahead by 10 minutes, we then waiting in reception for a further 20 minutes till they got our car. And then when they brought iin the keys(knowing full well that we were waiting patiently for the car), they just passed them to one of their colleagues who then put the keys down behind their desk and went to walk off!!! Thankfully I was able to stop him and actually get our day underway. Other than that, they were super friendly and made our stay feel very special

The best beds, selection of pillows and loved climate controlled rooms. Amazing location, brilliant staff.

- • We tried to get a table for 4 in the hotel restaurant Peppina on our first night when we arrived - no tables at all for hotel guests, no advocacy, really disappointing response from the staff in the restaurant. Parking - needed to flag with visitors not to park in the street behind that is a tow away zone on Saturdays where there is no signage when you come up from the bottom of Salamanca Place.
Unparalleled luxury. The best spot to stay in Hobart.
