- • Communication was not easy at all and also no help to go around Napoli. And also the breakfast was not good at all. The staff were not helpful.
Good communication. We were met on site. Shown to the room and had everything explained. 2 trays of sweets and treats for us to use if needed. Follow-up communication the next day to see if all is going ok. Location was good for us. Train within 5 minutes. Air conditioning worked well.

- • Walls must be a bit thin. I listened to a lady next door at 2 am having a conversation with someone. And she wasn't even yelling. And people moving furniture upstairs at strange hours???

I didn't have breakfast provided. But 5 meters below, there was a supermarket where you could find everything! Free internet. Impeccable, white, clean, and fragrant towels and bed linen. Shower gel with olive oil. Fully equipped kitchen (glasses, pots, plates, teapot, electric stove, cutlery). Air conditioning throughout the apartment (in the living room/ control panel, the large bedroom/ control panel). 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, and bidet in each bathroom, including a hairdryer in each bathroom (1 bathroom in the hallway, 1 bathroom in the main bedroom). The windows are very good, no noise from outside. No noise from neighbors either. The apartment smells clean.

- • There is nothing I didn't like. Exception: the crowds and cleanliness of the city streets.
Very nice apartment well located
Superb apartment and superb room. Ideal location to visit Naples. Very clean, nice welcome from our host and lots of shared good tips. We were not disappointed with the eating places. The cleaning staff is considerate. A plus for the self-service luggage service.
