Very pleasant stay. Couldn’t fault anything. Amenities very clean & high class. Staff were impeccable. Free parking and free airport transfer. Absorbing the stunning views from your private jacuzzi on a spacious entertainment deck was an awesome experience. Totally recommend if you can afford it

The Carlin is indeed a 5 star property in every way, the staff and accommodation exceeded all our expectations, and we will most definitely return for a longer stay. I would recommend this truly remarkable boutique hotel to anyone traveling to Queenstown NZ.

Within the rooms there are two emergency exit signs which illuminate the room all night. They do not fit into a 5 star experience and are taccy. Along with this the lights within the bathroom illuminated the bedroom.

The property is lovely and the staff are delightful. The Carlin is a pleasant walk from town and the gondola ride.

Amazing trip. Hotel Carlin perfectly placed for wonderful views over lake and short walk into Queenstown. Faultless super clean room with wonderful bed and great shower and amenities.
