- • Charged twice by mistake, first refund received, waiting for the second refund for a month. Unable to contact the manager, they keep passing us around

- • I find the room amenities inadequate for the price. The minibar is poorly stocked, no snacks in the room, missing a cosmetic mirror in the bathroom, no shoe shining option, no turndown service, the staff is cold. For the high price, certain standards are expected, and too many little things were missing here.
