Due to late check-in time, lack of staff assistance, and unfamiliar operations, it was difficult to find a parking space. The area nearby is lively at night, making the check-in process a bit challenging.

- • I booked a room on Booking.com and made the payment. The reservation was confirmed. However, upon arrival, since it was a self-check-in process with a verification code provided in advance, the room was not assigned as per my booking. I tried calling customer service multiple times at the check-in counter using their tablet, but no one answered. Eventually, I had to ask a friend in Taiwan to call Booking.com customer service to resolve the issue. It was quite a hassle as Booking had the reservation, but the hotel didn't manage it properly. After a tiring day out with my parents, it was disappointing to encounter such a situation. The response time to messages was extremely slow, and I had to wait for a long time.

- • I was bothered by the smell in the room. It constantly had a smell resembling Asian cuisine that couldn't be removed. Perhaps the air conditioner has absorbed the smell? It might be too picky, but it bothered me.
It's fine if you only need a place to sleep.

- • There are only two small washing machines and dryers, and with many guests, it was difficult to do laundry. Eventually, I had to go to an outside coin laundry. A minor detail, but the ventilation fan outlet on the ceiling of the unit bath was covered in dust. Also, the sink and drain in the bathroom were slimy and moldy, indicating a lack of cleaning.
