- • - The main negative point concerns the location of the hotel, located in an area currently under construction, in front of a very busy bus stop, day and night. Depending on the orientation of the room, noise disturbances can be significant and make sleep particularly difficult. - The immediate environment can also be a source of discomfort. There is a certain opposition between the different atmospheres present on this street and on either side of the sidewalk. When entering or leaving the hotel, the feeling of being observed or stared at can create some concern and harm the sense of security. - The elevators are very frequently used, both by guests and hotel staff. This leads to sometimes quite long waiting times, especially during peak hours.
