- • Un seul serveur au restaurant pour plus de 70 personnes rend sa tâche difficile il faut penser rajouter un ou deux autres pour plus de fluidité du service

- • Certaines personnes à la réception manquent de tact de politesse d'esprit commercial et d'éducation leur place n'est certainement pas là. Je suis tombé à la réception sur un personnage qui m'a inventé une loi tout droit sortie de son imagination concernant l'enregistrement de touristes étrangers. D'après lui il faut obligatoirement une carte d'identité marocaine pour pouvoir enregistrer une chambre et y avoir accès !
