- • A rather disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, the bathtub was leaking, and no solution was provided. In addition, we asked to be dropped off at the port and were quoted 350,000 IDR, whereas a taxi would cost around 100,000 IDR. It doesn’t feel very professional to make such a large profit on transportation for hotel guests. Overall, not the level of service we expected.

- • Unfortunately bad smell in our room affected our stay but the hotel was fully booked and we were not able to change the room

- • Food is not very good. The support team in white t-shirts is not provided with clean t-shirts, which looks wrong at that level. No flexibility to reduce 1 night. Deposit is forgotten, although it was confirmed, it is still not received.
