- • Location is perfect. But the room I stayed in had a building view instead of a courtyard view. Luxury decoration. The first night the bed I slept in was not flat, so I didn't sleep well. They changed the bed the 2nd day. But they acted like it was normal to not sleep the entire night, no compensation given.
Absolutely beautiful
The hotel is exactly like the pictures or even better! The service and amenities are 10/10, we are definitely coming back very soon.

Perfectly central. The hotel was spotless with a chic vibe. Quiet with incredible service and phenomenal amenities. The rooms were spacious and sleekly designed. The inclusion of the mini bar with excellent drinks and snacks made it a great value! Look forward to staying there again! The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond-highly recommend!

Highly recommend... great location, service, and rooms
We loved our stay at the Alest. We loved the beautiful and modern design of the hotel; it felt like a high-end boutique hotel. The hotel location is fantastic... steps away from shopping, restaurants, and the park. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms are impeccably clean. The bonus is the Dyson Air Wrap set as well as the free snacks and beverages in the room. I would highly recommend staying here.
