- • Everything is dirty, and a year passes without cleaning. The worst hotel on earth, and the breakfast is in the hair, which means something disgusting, the word 'repentance' a little bit
Overall, it was a very excellent stay in Amman, and I enjoyed it. Hopefully, the hotel will be my first choice if I return to Jordan again
My experience at Lilac Hotel was excellent in all aspects. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, the design was beautiful, the lighting was soothing, and the place in general was very comfortable to stay in. The staff's behavior was elegant, the service was excellent, and any request was dealt with attentively. I would like to thank Ms. Razan at the reception, she was very respectful, cooperative, and did not fall short with me throughout my stay. Her elegant treatment and attention to the guest made a big difference in the experience

Good hotel and excellent location close to all your needs and services, cleanliness is also good. The staff, both young men and women, are very cooperative and friendly, especially brother Mahmoud, as well as the restaurant chef who is excellent with a varied breakfast
