An unkempt 5-star hotel in a prime location in Bilbao

- • Unfortunately, this hotel is a bit outdated and in need of renovation in many areas. Overall, this hotel gives a shabby impression. The windows of our room were dirty, even though the bathroom seemed clean at first glance, upon closer inspection, it was not well cleaned. There was a disgusting cloth on the windowsill, making it impossible to look out the window. This Radisson Hotel is not a 5-star hotel. The service did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

- • 4-star quality, not 5-star. No room service menu, spa at an additional cost, lack of staff to welcome and manage breakfast, I had to set my own table, Check-in not worthy of a 5-star hotel: no one carries your luggage and no one welcomes you at the entrance to watch your car or park it. Bed is 160cm, I expect something larger for a 5-star hotel. So good for 4 stars but definitely not 5 stars

- • It was stated on the website that there were both indoor and outdoor pools and a spa. It turned out that there was no outdoor pool, the indoor pool was very small and cost 20 euros per person as an entrance fee. Rooftop terrace with the (only) bar closed on the day of arrival. The room key did not work, nor did the air conditioning. When we tried about 4 times to contact the reception about this, the phone was not answered at all, and we had to go to the reception ourselves to get it fixed several times. It's strange that a 5-star hotel does not have a bar at the reception and that the service was not better.
